Innovative quick-bleeder valve for safe, clean, and fast bleeding and filling of hydraulic brakes.
The Stahlbus bleeder valve consists of two parts with an integrated check valve function. During bleeding and filling, only the upper part of the valve is loosened, which features an integrated O-ring seal. This ensures that neither air nor brake or hydraulic fluid can pass through the open thread.
Furthermore, the check valve eliminates the otherwise error-prone need for synchronized opening and closing. In the event of a pressure drop, the valve closes automatically until the next pumping action.
This allows the entire bleeding process to be completed in just a few minutes. Stubborn air bubbles are swept away by the volume flow and flushed out of the system.
