The injection valves are individually tested for seal tightness, spray pattern, inductance, and flow rate, and then assembled into carefully matched kits. Our tolerance specifications for deviations are twice as strict as the manufacturer's specifications.
Clear marking of the valves ensures that each injector can be assigned to the relevant test report.
