Delivery & Shipping costs

Shipping methods
Our shipments are sent with our logistics partner DHL. All shipments sent by alpha Racing are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed this in writing, the insurance cover expires.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. For partial shipments, shipping costs are only charged once.

We process and dispatch orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 CET (except public holidays).
Tracking
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. You can check the shipment status after one to two hours via the link provided in the e-mail.
