alpha Racing extends partnership with OrangeCat Racing for MotoAmerica Superbike project
We're pleased to confirm the continuation of our successful cooperation with OrangeCat Racing as the team steps up to become an BMW Motorrad Motorsport Official Team in the 2026 MotoAmerica Superbike Championship.Following a title-winning run in MotoAmerica Stock 1000 and consistent podium performances, OrangeCat Racing will now compete in the premier class with the BMW M 1000 RR. The rider lineup features 2021 MotoAmerica Supersport Champion and BMW Superbike race winner Sean Dylan Kelly, alongside Jayson Uribe, who remains with the team after multiple podiums and top-three championship finishes in the Stock 1000 class.
As a long-standing partner, we will continue to support OrangeCat Racing with high-performance components, data-driven engineering solutions, and close technical collaboration at the track. Together with BMW Motorrad Motorsport, our shared focus is on translating proven success in Stock 1000 into front-running Superbike results.
The 2026 season will be especially significant as BMW Motorrad celebrates 50 years since its first AMA Superbike victory. alpha Racing is proud to contribute to this milestone campaign and to stand alongside OrangeCat Racing and BMW Motorrad Motorsport as we target strong results in MotoAmerica’s premier class.
